We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Admin Executive
to handle day-to-day administrative tasks and support smooth business operations. The role also requires occasional travelling for office-related work.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office administration, correspondence, and documentation.
Handle vendor coordination, office supplies, and facility management.
Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
Support HR and management in day-to-day activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.
Travel as required for site visits, vendor follow-ups, and official work.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in administration.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel as per business needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
