Handle day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
Manage incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
Prepare, draft, and review letters, reports, and official documents.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, staff, and management as required
Assist in purchase orders, quotations, and basic logistics if needed
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
