Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office administration tasks including documentation, record keeping, and internal communication.
Coordinate with service teams for scheduling and dispatch of technicians.
Maintain client databases, job orders, and service records.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
Manage inventory of cleaning materials, tools, and supplies; coordinate reordering as needed.
Support HR and accounts in managing staff attendance, vendor bills, and petty cash expenses.
Assist in preparing service reports, invoices, and client feedback summaries.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other external parties as required.
Ensure the office is well-organized and complies with company standards.
