Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain reception area, meeting rooms, and office supplies.
Handle scheduling of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Assist in day-to-day administrative activities such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and housekeeping staff.
Maintain attendance records and assist HR/Admin team when required.
Handle courier, mail distribution, and front desk operations.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate / HSC with relevant experience.
Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality and professional behavior.
