The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating the administrative operations of the office to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Manage daily administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and correspondence.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams.
Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement activities.
Ensure smooth functioning of utilities, IT support, and overall office infrastructure.
Staff Support & Coordination
Assist HR and accounts departments with administrative requirements.
Maintain attendance records and employee documentation as required.
Help organize meetings, appointments, and internal events.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and submit reports on administrative activities and expenses.
Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.
Visitor & Front Desk Management
Handle inquiries and coordinate with visitors, clients, or external stakeholders.
Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.
General Assistance
Support senior management in coordinating schedules and logistics.
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Attributes
