Responsibilities:

: -

o All Personal work of Directors

o Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office on daily basis and prioritize important tasks.

o Specific legal work related to Tenant Agreement, Registration & coordination with Lawyers. Drafting legal documents/notice

o Upkeep of Important Documents & files of Directors.

o Coordination between Account's Person & Persons making collection Drive.

Bring to the notice of Directors if no proper response is available from the Company & Clients.

o Overall control & supervision on Account Department:

o Stock Maintenance of Products & control including placing work order to Apollo etc.

o All Bank related work.

o Overall Disciplinary control over office staff.

o Procurement of stationary requirement.

o Payment follow-ups with clients.

o Positive attitude with clients and staff.

o HR & Admin support as and when required.

₹ LIC & Other payments of Directors

₹ Telephone & All Utility Bills

₹ Property Tax Bills of Office and Residence

₹ Interest Dividend file of Individuals & Companies

₹ Couriers

Working Days : Monday to Saturday | 10:00AM - 07:30PM
