Front desk duties: greet clients, manage calls and emails
Office administration: maintain cleanliness, manage supplies
Documentation: organize digital and physical files, prepare proposals & reports
Scheduling: coordinate appointments, meetings & project timelines
Data entry: update spreadsheets, databases, and records
Communication: draft/proof emails, reports, handle mail
Financial support: track expenses, assist in invoice handling
Project coordination: help with site visit arrangements and permit follow-ups
Requirements:
HSC / B.Com / B.A / B.Sc or equivalent qualification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
Prior experience in admin or architectural support preferred
