Job responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative operations across corporate and branch offices.
Ensure upkeep of office facilities including maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
Coordinate with vendors for services, supplies, and contracts.
Handle and process requisitions for non-job-related payments (rent, utilities, insurance, travel).
Liaise with accounts for timely payments and maintain accurate records.
Organize travel, accommodation, and event logistics.
Monitor admin expenses, assist in budget tracking, and prepare summary reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
What are we seeking for:
Should be fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi.
A smiling face, a healthy mind and body, and a positive attitude are a must.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Familiarity with basic budgeting and vendor management
Good communication and coordination ability
Knowledge of Logy-sis or any accounting software.
Education Qualification - Graduate preferable
Experience - 1-2 years
