Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain and update company databases, documents, and records
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining attendance records
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of office facilities
Support the finance and HR teams with documentation and basic data entry
Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in administrative roles
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
