Key Responsibilities

Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment. Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate events or conferences. Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Document Management: Maintain and organize files, records, and databases, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Inventory Management: Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained. Support to Management: Assist senior executives with administrative tasks, including preparing reports and presentations. Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive impression of the organization. Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate internal and external events, handling logistics and arrangements. Skills & Competencies Time Management: Efficiently prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
