1) Preparation of Management Reports whenever required.
2) Payments follow up with clients.
3) Guest management Including meeting clients and walk-in visitors.
4) Manage payment of all utility and service providers.
5) Excellent organizational and time management skills
6) Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
7) Effective written and verbal communication skills.
8) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
9) Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
10) Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents.
Good communication skills and fluency in English, along with the ability to correspond independently*
