We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Admin Executive
with a background in
Mechanical Engineering
to support our manufacturing operations and office administration. This role is ideal for someone who understands production workflows and wants to contribute in a cross-functional, coordination-focused role.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office and factory administration (vendor follow-ups, consumables, documentation)
Coordinate with production and quality departments to track and report job progress
Maintain records of work orders, dispatch schedules, and maintenance logs
Assist in preparing reports for audits, IATF documents, ISO files, etc.
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments as needed
Support purchase, stores, and general facility management when required
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
1-3 years of experience in admin, coordination, or documentation roles in a manufacturing company
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic ERP/Tally systems
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to handle multi-departmental communication and follow-ups
