Manage day-to-day administrative operations across all centers.
Maintain records, documents, and files in an organized manner.
Coordinate front office activities, appointments, and visitor handling.
Assist in procurement of office supplies, and equipment.
Travel to different centers regularly to support operations.
Visit vendors for
purchase requirements
, negotiate rates, and collect materials.
Compare quotations and support in finalizing vendors.
Ensure timely delivery of purchased items to all centers.
Conduct facility checks, ensure cleanliness, and follow up on maintenance work.
Handle courier, vendor payments, bills, and documentation.
Prepare daily/weekly admin reports and update management.
Requirements:
Any graduate.
1-3 years of admin or purchase experience preferred.
Willing to travel between centers and meet vendors.
Good communication and basic computer skills.
Strong multitasking and coordination ability.
