with 2-4 years of experience in office Administration. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, Housekeeping, Building Repair & Maintenance, Vendor coordination, Record keeping, Procurement, and ensuring smooth functioning of office facilities.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining Clean and well functioning Office environment.
Oversee Office Administration, Housekeeping, and Vendor management.
Responsible for Building Repair & Maintenance.
Maintain Records, files, and Office Supplies Inventory.
Visitors facilitation
Support HR and management in administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
2-4 years of experience in office administration.
Strong Communication, Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation.
