We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
Admin & Accounts Executive
to handle day-to-day office administration and basic accounting tasks. The role involves
80% administrative
responsibilities and
20% accounting
work, ensuring smooth office operations and accurate financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative (80%)
Oversee office operations, vendor management, and facility coordination
Manage documentation, agreements, and property files
Handle client coordination, scheduling, and office correspondence
Maintain records and ensure smooth workflow between departments
Accounting (20%)
Handle petty cash, salary disbursement, and expense tracking
Assist with GST, TDS, and basic bookkeeping
Coordinate with external accountants for monthly reports and filings
Requirements
Male candidate, graduate preferred (Commerce background a plus)
2-5 years of experience in admin or accounts (real estate preferred)
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and basic accounting software
Strong communication and coordination skills
