Key Responsibilities:A. Office Administration
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Handle stationery, pantry, and office inventory management.
Maintain office files, bills, vouchers, and documentation.
Assist in vendor coordination for housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance checks, and meeting room readiness.
Support HR/Accounts/Management in routine administrative tasks.
B. Outside Office Work
Handle bank-related tasks (cheque deposit, DD collection, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors for purchases, delivery follow-ups, and payments.
Visit government offices, suppliers, or project sites as required.
Manage courier dispatch, document collection, and delivery.
Assist with procurement and field-level administrative support.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of office operations and field work responsibilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, MS Office).
Professional, disciplined, and punctual.
Two-wheeler license preferred (if applicable).
