Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk / Reception Duties:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
Handle courier services - receiving and dispatching parcels.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
Coordinate facility maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor management.
Assist HR in handling attendance, ID cards, and joining formalities for new employees.
Support management with scheduling meetings and booking travel/accommodation.
Handle petty cash, office utility payments, and filing of administrative documents.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support other departments as required.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in administration or front desk role.
Gender:
Male (as position requires reception and admin coordination duties).
Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
