2-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Office Management
Handle day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
Manage petty cash expenses, maintain records, and prepare expense reports.
Coordinate bank-related work, including visits for documentation, tender submissions, and other official requirements.
Assist with external/field tasks as required (outside office work).
Recruitment Support
Post job openings on various job portals.
Screen resumes and call candidates for interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and management.
Vendor Management
Identify, compare, and negotiate with vendors for office supplies and services.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure timely procurement.
General Administration
Maintain files, records, and documentation.
Support management in miscellaneous admin tasks and office coordination.
Skills & Requirements:
Computer savvy with good knowledge of MS Office, email drafting, and online platforms.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong negotiation, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Must have a 2-wheeler for external office work.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
