Oversee daily administrative and facility operations across office and factory premises.
Ensure the facility is clean, safe, well-maintained, and compliant with statutory and internal safety standards.
Coordinate with vendors for utilities, housekeeping, civil works, electricals, plumbing, and general maintenance services.
Proactively identify maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution to avoid production disruptions.
2. Factory Operations Support
Support smooth day-to-day functioning of the manufacturing unit.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, HR, Maintenance, Safety, and Logistics teams for operational requirements.
Ensure factory readiness at all times, including utilities, lighting, ventilation, cleanliness, PPE availability, and safety compliance.
Manage gate control, visitor access, vendor entry, contractor supervision, and movement of materials.
3. Equipment & Machinery Maintenance Coordination
Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules for all manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Liaise with technicians, OEMs, and service providers to ensure timely servicing and minimal downtime.
Maintain detailed records of machinery service history, warranties, AMCs, calibration reports, and safety inspections.
Support procurement, installation, commissioning, and relocation of machinery in coordination with Production and Maintenance teams.
Ensure all machinery complies with safety norms and operational standards.
4. Asset Management
Maintain an updated asset register covering office equipment, IT devices, tools, and machinery-related assets.
Ensure proper tagging, tracking, and utilization of assets across the plant.
Conduct periodic physical audits and coordinate repairs, replacements, and asset movement as required.
5. Compliance & Safety Management
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements related to factory operations.
Maintain documentation for labor laws, safety standards, fire safety, environmental norms, and statutory inspections.
Coordinate with HR and Safety teams to ensure licenses, permits, certifications, and renewals are current.
Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
6. Budget, Inventory & Cost Control
Assist in preparing and monitoring administrative, facility, and maintenance-related budgets.
Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or operational efficiency.
Oversee inventory of office supplies, spare parts, PPE, safety equipment, and administrative consumables.
Ensure critical spares and safety materials are available to prevent downtime.
