Duty and shift scheduling Preparation and formatting of duty rosters Allocation of weekly offs for staff Assignment of substitute or relieving duties Management of emergency or last-minute schedule changes Updating and maintaining weekly off records Recording and updating leave details across required records Maintenance of multi-shift rostering data Daily attendance tracking and record maintenance Updating duty and attendance details for assigned personnel Tracking and monitoring operational reviews Tracking and maintaining call or activity reports Updating and maintaining daily operational reports Daily updates of schedules, attendance records, and related workforce documentation
