Designation : Admin Executive Experience :

01 - 02 years Qualification :

Any graduate with 1-2 years Experience with basic computer proficiency and Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English/Hindi/Malayalam Essential Skills and qualifications:

1. Associate degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred)

2. 1-2 years experience working in an office setting

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English/Hindi/Malayalam

4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize admin works

5. Customer-service oriented Key

Responsibilities: Front Office & Communication: Greet visitors, answer phones, manage emails, and distribute mail. Scheduling & Coordination: Book meetings, manage conference rooms, and arrange travel and hotel bookings for staff. Office Management: Order supplies, manage inventory, oversee office maintenance, and ensure a clean workspace. Administrative Support: Prepare documents and letters, maintain filing systems, and support other departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,253.91 - ?22,716.96 per month
