Responsibilities: Front Office & Communication: Greet visitors, answer phones, manage emails, and distribute mail. Scheduling & Coordination: Book meetings, manage conference rooms, and arrange travel and hotel bookings for staff. Office Management: Order supplies, manage inventory, oversee office maintenance, and ensure a clean workspace. Administrative Support: Prepare documents and letters, maintain filing systems, and support other departments.
