Job Summary

The Administrative Executive is responsible for providing efficient administrative and office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves coordination, documentation, office management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative operations and office activities

Maintain files, records, and documentation

Handle correspondence: emails, calls, letters, and courier management

Coordinate with internal departments

Assist in procurement of office supplies and inventory management

Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks

Manage office facilities, assets, and maintenance requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Proficiency in MS Office

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Professional attitude and confidentiality handling

Basic knowledge of office administration and procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
