Key Responsibilities
Handle and manage all office setup-related tasks, including maintenance, repairs, stationery, infrastructure support, and coordination with vendors.
Manage front-office responsibilities, including greeting clients, answering queries, and providing accurate information about available courses and services.
Ensure all office arrangements, including cleanliness, meeting room setup, system allocation, and general upkeep, are maintained on a daily basis.
Handle incoming calls, emails, walk-ins, and maintain proper communication and follow-up records.
Maintain and update student data, inquiry lists, and documentation in an organized manner.
Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Accounts, Counsellors, Management) to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
Assist in scheduling interviews, meetings, student counselling sessions, and other office activities.
Oversee dispatch and receipt of documents, courier handling, and file management.
Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for clients, students, and staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of experience in front-desk or customer-facing roles (experience in the education sector is an advantage).
Good communication in English, Hindi, Malayalam.
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle clients professionally.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, data entry).
Presentable, punctual, and responsible.
