Job Description

Monitoring of daily complaints received for medical and non-medical equipment's, UPS, batteries, checking of distilled water levels in batteries, AC, plumbing, electrical etc, communication to corporate office, follow up with companies for rectification and confirmation with the branches Administrative assistance (manage both internal and external communications, respond to telephone inquiries from each branch) Expense validation (verification of expense bills, checking its authenticity and recommend for further approval) Liaison with PCB, Image, Corporation / Municipality / Village / Panchayath for licenses Ensuring Collection of documents for Rental and Service agreement, timely renewal Conduct Branch visit to monitor cleanliness and proper functioning of all medical and non-medical equipment, and F2 cash verification. Conduct periodic audits of assets at branch locations to guarantee the accuracy of records. Implement standardized procedures for asset verification, asset transfer documentation, updating of branch and cluster asset register, minimizing discrepancies including numbering of new assets.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
