Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Manage front-desk activities including visitor handling, call management, and inquiry support.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling internal communication.
Support HR and Operations teams with documentation, onboarding coordination, and logistics.
Maintain records, files, bills, and documentation in an organized manner.
Monitor housekeeping activities to ensure office cleanliness and upkeep.
Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for employees when required.
Manage courier services, asset tracking, and IT coordination support.
Assist in organizing office events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and minimal supervision.
