Wish Media (Dableyu) is a dynamic and growing media company committed to delivering exceptional service and results to our clients. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administration Staff member to be a key point of contact between our clients, internal teams, and management.

Position Summary



The Administration Staff member will play a crucial role in managing the initial client lifecycle, from fielding enquiries and scheduling meetings to preparing client briefs and ensuring seamless communication with the design and production teams. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly detail-oriented, and proficient in basic client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities



1. Client Communication and Scheduling



a) Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

b). Professionally and promptly address customer questions, providing initial information about services.

c). Efficiently schedule, coordinate, and manage Google Meetings between prospective/current clients and the appropriate internal team members.

d). Send timely calendar invitations, reminders, and follow-up communications to ensure high attendance and preparation for scheduled meetings.

2. Client Requirement Documentation



a.Attend client meetings, taking accurate and comprehensive notes regarding client needs, goals, and specifications.

b.Prepare detailed and structured client requirement documents (briefs) immediately following meetings, translating client conversations into clear, actionable tasks for the internal team.

c.Ensure all client files and documentation are accurately maintained and filed within the company system.

3. Internal & External Coordination



a.Act as the liaison between the client and the internal design/production team.

b.Convey the finalized client requirements (briefs) to the design team and clarify any questions they may have.

c.Regularly provide updates to the client on the project's status, milestones, and any potential delays.

d.Manage the flow of feedback between the client and the design team, ensuring revisions are tracked and executed accurately.

4. Client Account Management Support



a.Assist in the basic upkeep and management of client accounts.

b.Ensure necessary contractual and billing information is accurately processed and communicated to the relevant departments.

c.Work to maintain a high level of client satisfaction through exceptional service and clear communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
