Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized

Admin Executive

to handle day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, efficient, and possess good communication and coordination skills. Driving is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers Assist in HR-related administrative work when required Manage office inventory, purchases, and logistics Support management with travel arrangements and scheduling Drive for official purposes as and when required

Requirements:



Proven experience in administrative or office management roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.) Must possess a valid driving license
