Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with
vendors
for office supplies, repairs, and services
Supervise
housekeeping staff
to maintain office hygiene and cleanliness
Monitor
security personnel
and ensure safety procedures are followed
Travel to different branches/locations across Kerala to oversee admin operations
Maintain records, prepare reports, and support daily office activities
Arrange
hotel bookings and travel logistics
for staff and management when required
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of admin or operations experience (mandatory)
Willingness to travel frequently across Kerala
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Graduate in any discipline preferred
Prefer male candidate
