Communicating with management and carrying out office tasks.
Accepting calls, screening incoming calls, and redirecting calls.
Arranging and arranging appointments, activities, and schedules.
Assist in admission processes.
Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as directed
Document scanning, printing, and filing.
Support scheduling of parent-teacher meetings, events, and school activities.
Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure smooth functioning of the institution.
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any stream
Strong communication in English (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Female candidates preferred
Preferred for Immediate joiners

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
