Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive /Sales Coordinator for our Kochi office. The candidate will handle administrative functions, support sales coordination, and assist in HR tasks like recruitment and employee attendance.

Key Responsibilities



- Manage administrative tasks and office coordination

- Support sales team with coordination and sharing the data

- Handle employee attendance and leave management

- Assist in recruitment process and candidate coordination

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Maintain employee records and documentation

Requirements

- MBA with 1 year experience in Admin/HR/Sales coordinator

- Experience in administration, coordination, and sales support

- Strong MS Office skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
