Admin Executive
with at least
3 years of experience
in administration. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in
purchase management, vendor coordination
, and
stock tracking
.
Fluency in Hindi and English
is preferred.
Experience in a construction or facility management company
will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
Manage
purchase activities
- from collecting quotations to order follow-up and delivery
Coordinate with
vendors
- maintain vendor database, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely services
Maintain and monitor
stock and inventory
- issue materials, track usage, and reorder as required
Support internal departments with material and service requirements
Oversee AMC renewals, office maintenance, and general facility support
Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to purchases, vendors, and stock
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum
3 years of experience
in administration, with strong skills in
purchase, vendor handling, and stock management
Experience in a construction or facility management company is an added advantage
Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
Fluency in Hindi and English, in addition to Malayalam, is preferred
Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems
Graduate in any stream; certifications in admin/purchase/logistics preferred
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
