Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across corporate office and store locations.
Manage housekeeping, security, office maintenance, and pantry services.
Coordinate with vendors for AMC renewals, procurement, repairs, and facility management.
Handle asset management inventory tracking, allocation, and record maintenance.
Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for employees and visitors.
Ensure timely payment of utility bills, rentals, and administrative invoices.
Support in event management, meetings, and internal functions.
Maintain compliance with safety, statutory, and hygiene standards.
Maintain administrative MIS, trackers, and dashboards for management reporting.
Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities in admin operations.
