About the Role



We are looking for a proactive and well-organized

Admin Executive

with experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administrative operations, support site offices and corporate teams, and ensure smooth coordination across departments, vendors, and project sites.

Key Responsibilities



Manage daily office administration and ensure seamless operations across corporate and project/site offices. Handle front desk activities, visitor management, and client coordination, especially during site visits. Coordinate with sales, CRM, accounts, and project teams for admin-related requirements. Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory related to real estate project materials. Handle vendor management: quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and timely service delivery. Oversee facility management including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office upkeep. Manage documentation, filing, agreements, project-related files, and record systems. Support sales teams with admin tasks during launches, events, and customer visits. Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and internal event planning. Handle courier management, access cards, ID cards, and asset tracking. Assist with basic HR and finance admin tasks as required. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents.

Required Skills & Experience



Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. 1-4 years of experience in administrative roles; real estate experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Experience in handling project-site admin activities is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills



Knowledge of real estate documentation and project file management. Exposure to facility management and vendor procurement. Experience supporting sales, CRM, or project management teams.
