HO / Warehouse / Site



Role Objective




To ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations by managing facilities, vendors, records, travel, assets, and support services, enabling efficient workplace functioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Office & Facility Management




Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of office premises
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
Manage pantry, stationery, and office supplies
Ensure compliance with safety and security norms#

2. Vendor & Service Management




Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, transport, pest control, repairs, etc.
Track service contracts, renewals, and performance
Ensure timely bill verification and submission to accounts#

3. Asset & Inventory Management




Maintain records of office assets and equipment
Track issuance, return, and condition of assets
Coordinate repairs and replacements when required#

4. Travel & Logistics Support




Arrange employee travel, accommodation, and local transport as required
Coordinate vehicle usage, driver schedules, and fuel logs#

5. Administrative Records & Documentation




Maintain admin MIS and records
Support audits and compliance documentation
Handle incoming/outgoing couriers and dispatches#

6. Employee Support




Address admin-related employee queries
Support onboarding (ID cards, seating, access, assets)
Coordinate events, meetings, and internal activities

Travel & Logistics




Travel arrangements completed within TAT
Vehicle logs and fuel records updated regularly
Minimal employee complaints on transport arrangements

Documentation & MIS




Weekly admin MIS submitted to management
Zero audit observations related to admin documentation

Employee Support & Coordination




Employee admin queries resolved within 24-48 hours
Smooth onboarding support with zero delays
Effective coordination of internal events and meetings
