Manage daily office operations, stationery, and vendor coordination.
Handle courier dispatches, documentation, and inward/outward logistics.
Maintain attendance, petty cash, and office expense records.
Coordinate with different departments for admin and operational needs.
Assist in scheduling meetings, handling calls, and maintaining office documentation.
Handle inbound and outbound customer and distributor calls for queries, complaints, and feedback.
Support the sales and order management teams by updating customers on order status or dispatches.
Record and escalate customer issues to relevant departments for resolution.
Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare and share daily customer support and admin reports.
Ensure a polite, professional, and customer-friendly communication tone at all times.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in admin, coordination, or customer support roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
