Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office administration and operations.
Manage documentation, correspondence, and record keeping.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
Handle travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and office events.
Monitor office supplies, maintenance, and housekeeping activities.
Assist management with reports, MIS, and other administrative support.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Graduate in any discipline.
3-6 years of experience in administration or office coordination.
Fluency in Hindi and English
is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
