Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations including
housekeeping, security, transportation, facility management, and vendor coordination.
Handle procurement of office supplies,
stationeries
, and maintenance-related materials within budget.
Ensure smooth functioning of office utilities, assets, and infrastructure through timely maintenance and
AMC renewals.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and support HR in payroll coordination.
Manage
travel arrangements
, company transport facilities, and guest house administration.
Support statutory and compliance documentation, liaising with government bodies as required.
Monitor housekeeping standards and ensure safety, hygiene, and discipline within office and plant premises.
Organize internal events, meetings, and audits while maintaining records and
MIS reports.
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
