About the Role:



We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Admin Executive

to manage day-to-day office operations at our Bangalore location. The ideal candidate will handle a range of administrative and operational responsibilities to ensure smooth functioning across teams.

Work Mode

: Work from Office - Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee asset management - tracking and maintaining office equipment and company assets. Manage travel arrangements for employees, including bookings and reimbursements. Handle employee grievance coordination by ensuring timely communication and resolution. Maintain and update

data and administrative reports

as required by management. Supervise

inventory management

- keeping stock records, ordering supplies, and managing vendors. Support other administrative tasks such as documentation, facility management, and office coordination.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration or related field). 1-3 years of experience in administration, operations, or office management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
