Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
Maintain company records, vendor agreements, and client files (both physical and digital).
Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for IT equipment, office supplies, and maintenance.
Support HR functions such as attendance tracking, leave management, and recruitment coordination.
Liaise with the technical team to ensure timely execution of client projects.Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.
Provide administrative support to management for reporting, presentations, and follow-ups.
---Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or similar role.Familiarity with IT-related services or exposure to IT company workflows is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
