Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle

basic bookkeeping

and maintain accurate records. Manage

travel arrangements

, prepare documents, presentation materials, and coordinate facilities for meetings. Oversee

office and store equipment

maintenance, repairs, and replacements. Supervise

printing, photocopying, and office system management

to ensure efficiency. Monitor and manage

cloud kitchen operations remotely

on a day-to-day basis. Order, store, and distribute

office and store supplies

while tracking inventory. Manage

vendors, housekeeping staff

, and ensure timely service delivery. Oversee

pest control schedules

and compliance across all stores in India. Ensure

mobile devices and security cameras

are functional and well-maintained across all locations. Execute other

day-to-day administrative activities

to support smooth operations.

Requirements:



Proven experience in administration, operations, or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good communication and vendor management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic bookkeeping tools. Ability to work independently and handle multiple locations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
