Conduct field work including site visits, client office visits, and coordination at property locations
Visit banks and financial institutions for documentation, verification, and follow-ups
Handle document collection, submission, and handover to clients, banks, and authorities
Assist clients with paperwork during registrations, approvals, and transactions
Coordinate with clients in person for signing, document clarification, and deal closure support
