Role Summary
We are hiring a proactive Admin & Hospitality Executive to manage day-to-day on-ground operations at our equestrian center and upcoming cafe. This role is the first point of contact for guests and the coordination hub between bookings, trainers, stables, and cafe staff--ensuring a smooth, safe, and premium guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Front Desk
Welcome walk-in and pre-booked guests; manage check-ins and flow on site.
Explain riding packages, cafe offerings, pricing, safety rules, and facility policies.
Ensure guests leave satisfied and promptly request Google reviews post service.
Handle feedback or complaints calmly and escalate when required.
Booking & Ride Coordination
Coordinate daily schedules between booking team, trainers, and stable staff.
Ensure horses, tack, and arenas are ready before scheduled rides.
Manage walk-ins, rescheduling, and no-shows to optimize utilization.
Documentation & Compliance
Collect and verify waivers, consent forms, ID proofs, and emergency contacts.
Maintain rider profiles, attendance records, and lesson/ride logs.
Track basic safety compliance (helmets, rider suitability, incident reporting).
Payments & MIS
Handle cash and digital payments; issue receipts/invoices.
Maintain daily collections and basic MIS: footfall, bookings, revenue, feedback.
Admin & Facility Support
Maintain front desk, signage, and guest-facing areas.
Coordinate basic supplies, petty cash, and vendor follow-ups (as needed).
Support weekend events, riding camps, and cafe promotions.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / Undergraduate (Hospitality, Administration, Sports preferred).
1-3 years in front desk, hospitality, sports facility, cafe, or guest services.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working around horses and outdoor environments.
Basic tech comfort: Google Sheets, WhatsApp, POS/payment apps.
Polite, confident, and composed during peak hours and weekends.
