We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning at our Gurgaon office.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle office administration, facilities, and vendor management
Manage inventory, stationery, and office supplies
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
Support HR with attendance, onboarding logistics, and employee coordination
Organize meetings, travel, and accommodation arrangements
Maintain records, files, and administrative reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and office protocols
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle vendors and internal stakeholders independently
Immediate joiners preferred
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred)
