The Admin & Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end office administration and facilities operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace. The role includes vendor management, infrastructure maintenance, staff supervision, contract management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards.
Implement and manage structured Infrastructure & Facilities Management services.
Security services and office insurance
Front desk and travel desk operations
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) management
Fire safety and compliance services
Ensure provision and maintenance of office infrastructure, including furniture, lighting, water supply, air-conditioning, and other office facilities.
Ensure all facilities are functional, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
Vendor & Contract Management
Supervise facility service providers and vendors.
Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of services as per annual contracts (e.g., AMC services).
Coordinate renewals, negotiations, and performance reviews of vendors.
Office Operations & Staff Management
Manage and supervise office staff involved in day-to-day maintenance and operations.
Provide guidance, assign tasks, and review staff performance regularly.
Monitor staff punctuality, discipline, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies and rules.
Administrative Support
Handle office stationery procurement, inventory, and distribution.
Plan, coordinate, and organize internal meetings, conferences, and seminars as required.
Ensure smooth functioning of front office and administrative services.
Compliance & Workplace Standards
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across office premises.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements related to facilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or a related field
Experience in facilities management, office administration, or corporate services
Knowledge of safety, compliance, and AMC handling is an advantage
