2. Key Responsibilities
A. Office Administration
Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations.
Maintain office infrastructure including cleanliness, housekeeping, office equipment, pantry, stationery, and utilities.
Manage and maintain office administration records, files, and documentation.
Oversee maintenance and repair of office assets (AC, CCTV, IT equipment, furniture, electricals, etc.).
Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement of stationery and consumables.
B. Staff Management & Supervision
Supervise housekeeping staff, Pantry and other administrative support staff.
Conduct training and briefing for support staff.
C. Vendor & Facility Management
Coordinate with external vendors such as security agency, manpower contractors, CCTV vendor, AC etc.
Negotiate pricing, prepare vendor comparison sheets, and handle purchase requisitions.
Maintain AMC files and ensure timely renewal.
D. Security & Compliance
Oversee security operations including visitor entry, gate pass, CCTV monitoring, and ID card issuance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory administration requirements.
Maintain fire extinguishers, safety equipment, and first-aid kit availability.
E. Communication & Coordination
Coordinate between management, HR, finance, and other departments for administrative needs.
Handle incoming/outgoing calls, mails, couriers, and dispatch documentation.
Assist in organizing meetings, visitor hospitality, and events.
F. Cost & Budget Control
Monitor administrative expenses and prepare monthly cost reports.
Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality of services.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Education:
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
