Job Summary:



Ensure seamless day-to-day office operations, support administrative functions, and maintain organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination

- Oversee facility maintenance and housekeeping

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

- Maintain records, filing systems, and documentation

- Support scheduling of meetings, travel, and logistics

- Assist HR with onboarding and basic documentation

- Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols

- Assist Ops Head with MIS and proposal preparation

Qualifications

:

- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Commerce/Business Admin

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
