We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Admin Executive
with at least 2 years of experience to manage day-to-day administrative operations, support office management activities, and ensure smooth functioning of organizational processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including office maintenance and housekeeping coordination.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
Assist in procurement of office supplies, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
Prepare reports, letters, memos, and presentations as required.
Manage travel arrangements, bookings, and reimbursements for employees.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and office events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and support internal audits.
Manage courier services, visitor management, and front desk activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
Experience in vendor & facility management.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Salary Range
