As an

Admin Executive

, you will be the backbone of day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks across HR, IT, facilities, and employee engagement. You'll work closely with the HR Manager to ensure seamless operations and provide strong backend support to the team and the wider organization.

Key Responsibilities1. IT Coordination

Act as a bridge between the IT consultant and employees for troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Maintain IT asset tracker (laptops, systems, accessories, etc.).

Coordinate procurement of new IT equipment in consultation with HR Manager and IT consultant.

2. Employee Gifting & Engagement

Coordinate gifting activities for festivals (Diwali, Holi, etc.), birthdays, R&R programs, and other employee engagement initiatives.

Handle vendor coordination, packaging, and dispatch logistics for gifts.

3. Facility Management

Manage office space bookings and renewals.

Coordinate office-related requirements for both Physical and Virtual office

Research and coordinate potential new office or co-working locations as per company needs.

4. Reimbursements & Vendor Payments

Cross-check reimbursement claims from employees & share ahead for approval

Track vendor payments related to admin, travel, and facilities.

5. Attendance & Staff Management

Manage onboarding/offboarding of daily wagers and staff on Pagar Book.

Assist HR in onboarding/offboarding formalities and maintaining database on HRMS.

6. Travel Coordination

Manage travel bookings for Leadership team and employees (tickets, cabs, accommodation).

Identify and onboard travel vendors, negotiate rates, and track payments.

Maintain travel records and budget tracking.

7. Event Planning & Coordination

Handle end-to-end planning and execution for Retreats, Sports Days, or any outbound team engagement, in coordination with the HR Manager.

Liaise with vendors, manage logistics, and ensure smooth execution.

8. Founder's Network Support

Maintain and regularly update the Founder's personal & professional network database.

Coordinate gifting and communication on special occasions for key contacts.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA, B. Com, or equivalent).

1-2 years of experience in Administration / HR Operations / Office Coordination in a consumer goods, retail, or startup environment.

Working Days & Hybrid Mode

5.5 days a week (alternate Saturdays off).

Work from Gurgaon office 2-3 times a week; rest from our virtual office setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
