Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administration and facility management.
Coordinate with vendors, courier services, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and purchase of materials as needed.
Deliver and collect documents, cheques, and parcels from various locations.
Support HR and Accounts departments in documentation and filing work.
Assist in managing office equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and safety in the office premises.
Requirements:

valid driving license

Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
