Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and reports.
Coordinate delivery schedules with the logistics and warehouse teams.
Follow up on pending orders, payments, and documentation.

Customer Interaction:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
Provide product information, pricing, and delivery details to customers.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate department.

Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for management review.
Track sales targets, performance metrics, and incentive calculations.
Ensure all documents comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
